Our Comprehensive Garage Cleaning Service includes: - Debris Removal and Disposal: We meticulously help you remove and properly dispose of all unwanted debris, ensuring that your garage space is free of any unwanted materials, leaving no trace of clutter behind. **** If any removal and disposal is requested there is an extra charge and separate deposit that may be required **** - Thorough Sweeping and Mopping: Our team performs a detailed sweeping and mopping of the entire garage floor, ensuring that even the tiniest particles of dirt and grime are eliminated, resulting in a spotless surface. - Organizing Storage Areas: We systematically organize all storage areas within your garage, categorizing and arranging items in a way that maximizes space and enhances accessibility. Cancellation Policy
All appointments are Request to Book and aren’t confirmed until you receive an approval message from Regan Cleaning & Organization LLC and your deposit is paid. Deposits A deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment. Deposit amount varies based on the service requested and the size of the home. In some cases, a higher deposit may be required to ensure we can reserve time and arrive with the specific supplies or equipment needed for your cleaning. The deposit goes toward your service total unless stated otherwise. Cancellations & Rescheduling (24 hours) You must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. No Access / No One Home Because we travel to your home, if we arrive and no one is home and/or we can’t access the property (no entry available, locked out, incorrect access instructions, etc.), the deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions Some exceptions may apply. If something unexpected comes up, contact us ASAP to discuss your situation.
